SESSION DETAILS & ADD-ONS

#1. We have fun during the session.

All sessions are create or build you own package. This consists of your sessions minimum purchase requirement. You choose "any poses or sizes " of wallets, proofs, 5x7's, 8x10's, etc.... and/or any other products we offer at the stated prices. (Tax not included) NO Sitting Fees

1) FREE image enhancements - B&W, High Key, Sepia, Vivid Color, Text, Soft Focus, Vignettes, Zoom & Crop.

2) Retouching
FREE minor to moderate blemish touch-ups.The majority of seniors are minor to moderate. Severe touch-ups charge is $4 per pose. Determination by photographer. We average 2-5 seniors per yr. with severe blemishes.

3) NO EXTRA FEE for personalized portraits (name &/or year)

    C) At our Studio - online.
4 weeks to view and order online. Do this at home or the studio.You will be billed a $15 bandwidth/disk space fee if the web show needs re-uploaded.

6) Amount of images per session are an approximation. We put the minimum numbers for the occasional seniors who may not want a lot or for various other reasons may not end up with higher images to view. Most boys are on the lower side of viewable images. Average number 15-40 poses.

7) FREE PRE - Session Consultation -- Schedule a pre-consultation. Questions about anything you have , plus as much info we can give to you. Helpful hints to better prepare you before your session. We want you to be prepared and have the BEST possible portraits ever! Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to reschedule please call in plenty of time. We realize sometimes in our busy schedule we may have to change an appointment. Unless it is an emergency please call as soon ASAP to reschedule. Any cancellations loose the reservation fee.

We will work with you to deliver to you the images that you require within your budget.

Yearbook
Each school has different requirements. Please check with your school and know your requirements before ordering. Some schools allow emailing yearbook portraits. Get the size and other requirements and email address and we will email it free of charge.

Reservation Deposit Required

$50 requirement to reserve any senior session time with the remaining minimum session requirement due on session day. The $50 is applied to your minimum deposit. You or we are allowed to reschedule. Tentative appointments are held for up to five days till we receive the reservation deposit, when it will be finalized as a confirmed appointment.. ONLY if you CANCEL, is the $50 NON - REFUNDABLE. Below is an online payment link. Call us and make your appointment. To secure your session time, pay the Reservation Deposit online now. All credit card charges are applied a 3.5% of total plus a .50 cent -- service fee.

We encourage you to bring your own props. Whatever you bring we will use. Please remember sometimes less is more. Too much "stuff" may get lost in the photo. Bring only your most important or favorite things.

Wet & Wild
For those who want a little more adventure on the last shot of the day. Wear jeans, shorts, skirts, dresses or even your prom dress! Bring a couple towels!

Road Trip Add-On**
5 -- 8 miles. Adds $39 to your session gift/wall portrait minimum purchase.

9 to 20 miles/Waterloo Cedar Falls. Adds $69 to your session gift/wall portrait minimum purchase.

20 miles and over -- will be billed at 58 cents a mile plus $20 per hr for drive time -- one way. Adds $69 to your session gift/wall portrait minimum purchase.

Also note mid October is historically the best time for Iowa fall colors. A dry year means it will be sooner.

** Please Note..... We don't do any inside on-location sessions. We do only outdoor sites. You must have enough shade at any private sites to take good portraits.
