All senior orders go into
production at 3:00pm the day following the placement of the order. Changes
are not permitted after 3:00pm.

SENIORS $50
requirement to reserve any senior session time with the remaining minimum
session requirement due on session day. The $50
is applied to your minimum deposit. You or
we are allowed to reschedule. Session times are not recorded till we receive the
$50.
Tentative appointment times are held for five days till we receive the $50. If you CANCEL, the
$50
is NON - REFUNDABLE.
Volume previews cannot be
purchased until the minimum order has been reached.
NO retouching on
volume previews/proofs.

minimum portrait purchase
requirement of (any pose or size) portraits, proofs, wallets, proof books, or
other products. Available at our everyday low prices.
Your down payment covers your sessions minimum required portrait purchase.
Free Consultation Available Feel free to contact us if you want to visit us about your
session for a free consultation. We can discuss what interests you and the
things you would like captured for your memories. Please read our tips page before you come for

Retouching
FREE
minor to moderate blemish touch-ups blemish example. Determination by photographer. The majority of seniors are minor to moderate.
We
average 2-5 seniors per yr. with severe blemishes. Severe touch-ups charge is $4
per pose.
We
do not recommend retouching things that are part of you, like moles or
birthmarks.
Braces can be removed at
$35
per pose.
Deluxe Retouching
When you want more then just the above blemish retouch. Like scenery or other
fixes.

Referral Cards
Must be presented on day of
session to be redeemed, not after!
Print Design Art Work Art
work over the normal few changes of pictures and 2 or 3 other minor
charges will be charged at

Copyright Release If we don't offer a particular
service -- NO Charge. All others, depends on what its used for.

you to have your announcements made by someone else, since we also offer this
service.
Proofing & Ordering Options
Paperless Proofs
A) Online only. Available for 30 days

C) Studio monitor slide show.
You have 4 weeks to view the online web show, after which you must order. You will be billed a $15
bandwidth/disk space fee if the web show needs re-uploaded.

As stated, towards time preparing the order plus any materials if needed in
packaging. 2) Used towards our color lab UPS fee that is charged for each
order.

notification for delivery of your order. Anything less then this will result in
a rush charge determined by our color lab fees.

For your
convenience standard orders can be
shipped via USPS with delivery signature confirmation. This allows us to
be sure that your portraits reaches the right address, and the right hands as
well. With Signature Confirmation, we can get confirmation of delivery -
including date, time and location.
Shipping as stated on checkout. Larger then 8x10's may be charged more for
shipping.
Copyright
In 1976 congress passed a comprehensive copyright act that went into effect in
1978. The law prevents the publishing, distribution and even photocopying of a
copyrighted work without the creators permission. We put our studio website on all wallets & proofs for self
promotion.
Scanning is against the
law. Even though you paid for the prints, The studio owns the copyright by U.S. law and
are not to be scanned at home by you or anyone else. One of our priorities is to
supply affordable professional portraits. Since we don't feel our prints are overly
priced, we don't see why our customers should feel the need to violate copyright law. Please respect our hard work and time we have invested in your
portraits.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
All orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to a $15
fee. The studio is not responsible for storage on orders over 90 days. If you
not happy with your portraits we would like to reschedule for another session,
replace or correct. Any monies paid for the above services shall be fully
refundable if customer satisfaction is not achieved. In this event all goods
sent to the customer shall be returned to our studio prior to any refund being
made.
